Quote of the Day - With Attitude!
“Always be smarter than the people who hired you!” By Lena Horne
Start with a referral from friends or family.
You should do it with someone you can trust and enjoy spending
time with and is a good personality fit.
A good Agent can save you valuable time by identifying the best homes that fit your criteria (if you are a Buyer)
If a Buyer – doesn’t have knowledge of all aspects of a Real Estate transaction, i.e. negotiating price terms and the conditions of purchase – a Buyer can easily be taken advantage of – A Real Estate Agent is obligated to protect your interests! Find a Buyers Agent – do not use
the Listing Agent of the home you desire, they are the Agent for the Seller.
If a Seller – Ask their areas of expertise, areas that the majority of their Sales occur and how familiar they are with the area you are living in and if they sold many houses there and how long have they been in business..
I will do more ideas and suggestions later on. I was a Real Estate Agent in Beverly Hills, Californis for 12 years.
