I love a sauce with fish, but tartar sauce is all we use – Well here is a delicious sauce to use in place of!


Sesame Ginger Mayo


2/3 cup Mayo

1 Tbl Honey

1 Tbl Toasted Sesame Seeds

2 tsp grated Fresh Ginger


Mix together – Great with grilled or sauteed Salmon, Tuna, Cod, etc. I also used it with a Shrimp Cocktail…….-


This is a great recipe for Brown Rice, that you don’t have to watch or stir.


Brown Rice Casserole


1 Cup Uncooked Brown Rice (not instant)

1- 10oz can French Onion Soup

1- 15oz can Beef Broth

3 Tbl Melted Butter


Place Rice in casserole dish

Pour soups and butter over the top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min


Wonderful served with a Fish, Seafood or Chicken dish, and some asparagus or green beans and a nice ice cream sundae. Yummy. You’ll make this many times


I love Salmon and this is a quick, easy and very delicious recipe, in fact why not make it with the Brown Rice Casserole it can go into the over together.


Salmon with a Maple Mustard Glaze


4- 6oz Salmon Filets

¼ Cup Maple Syrup

3 Tbl Course Grain Mustard

2 Tbl Brown Sugar


Oven 350

Lightly coat a shallow baking dish wiwth spray

Place filets down in dish (if with skin, skin side down)

In a small bowl, whisk together syrup, mustard & brown sugar

Pour over Salmon and bake 15-20 minutes or till fish flakes easily.


When Rice is half way through, put in the Salmon and you’ll have a wonderful dinner..
